Karla Dobbeck, a certified professional in Human Resource Management Emeritus, founded Human Resource Techniques, Inc., an HR consulting firm, in 1997 where she remained until 2019.
Today, Ms. Dobbeck continues to provide HR consulting services to clients by offering employment law advisory services, augmenting HR processes and procedures, providing manager training on best practices,and developing effective communication tools for a consistent message to staff. Her clients include small - mid-sized companies in Northern Illinois. She is based in Huntley IL
